Key Technology: LS752 Dual-Deck Shaker: The system incorporates the LS752 dual-deck linear shale shaker, specially developed for construction conditions with limited service space. This shaker can simultaneously utilize two layers of screens with different mesh sizes, achieving both primary and secondary screening functions, which effectively shrinks the overall dimensions of the mud recovery system.

Efficient Two-Stage Separation: The system combines the shale shaker and desilter cyclones, employing a two-stage separation design.

Fine Treatment Capacity: The treated mud achieves a separation particle size (cut point) down to 20 microns (20µm), meeting the stringent cleanliness requirements for non-excavation construction.
