This mud recycling system uses physical separation methods to separate cuttings and solid particles from the mud generated during drilling, ensuring stable mud performance and achieving the goal of environmental emission reduction.

Three-Stage Solids Control Process:

The mud recycling system uses a combination of shale shakers, desander, and desilter to form a complete solid-liquid separation process, which is its key advantage.

Coarse Screening (Stage 1): Uses two LS584 single-layer shale shakers to remove large particles (> 1.5mm).

Desanding (Stage 2): Uses 2 x 12" desanding hydrocyclones to treat sand-sized particles (74μm to 1.5mm).

Desilting (Stage 3): Uses 12 x 4" desilting hydrocyclones to treat silt-sized particles (20μm to 74μm).

Mud Preparation (Conditioning): Equipped with a mixing pump and mixing hopper to add chemical agents or new materials, ensuring the mud is homogeneous and stable.
