Organic curing agents are costly, prone to secondary pollution, and have fewer applications. Inorganic curing agents have the advantages of easy purchase of raw materials, low price, convenient use, and good curing effect, and have good market prospects. The main raw materials used in inorganic curing agents are phosphate, fly ash, quicklime, cement, stone powder, chloride, and flocculant.

Commonly used inorganic curing agents are:

(1) KG series curing agent: The curing agent is easy to obtain, cheap and non-toxic, easy to use, low processing cost, good consolidation and detoxification effects, high mechanical strength of the consolidation, water solubility and water permeability Low, anti-biodegradation, long stabilization period (up to 10 years or more), especially good for the treatment of waste mud with high solid content. Used in the treatment of waste mud in western Sichuan.

(2) XG curing agent: The main component of XG curing agent is a material with strong hydration ability and activity, which is dispersed in the waste mud for hydration, agglomeration, and crystallization to form a kind of hydrate condensation——- crystalline network structure , After hardening into a stable solid, the harmful substances in the waste mud are enclosed to prevent their diffusion and migration and achieve the effect of environmental protection.

(3) HB-1 curing agent: its series composition is SA type hydraulic material + lime, gypsum + solvent-promoting and early-strength admixture RM. In use, it can combine a large number of water molecules and generate ettringite mineral crystals, so as to achieve the purpose of solidification.

(4) WH-858 treatment agent: Waste mud harmless treatment agent WH-858 is a complex of a variety of inorganic and organic compounds, containing dehydrating agent, neutralizing agent, flocculant, adsorbent, curing agent, etc. It can be used for harmless treatment. Used in the treatment of waste mud in oil and gas fields in northern Shaanxi.

(5) A, B, C, D curing agent: A, B, C, D four curing agents have a certain curing effect when used alone, and the relationship between the dosage and curing effect of different curing agents is not completely the same. On this basis, the orthogonal test method is used to determine the best curing formula.
