The KOSUN Machinery Non-excavation Horizontal Directional Drilling (HDD) Mud Purification and Recycling System is developed and designed to meet the requirements of non-excavation technology.  It is used to purify and treat the mud that returns from the underground during the horizontal directional drilling process.  By using solid control equipment such as shale shakers and cleaners, the large-sized drilling cuttings are separated.  The desired mud materials are added through the mixing device and stirred to achieve the performance requirements for reuse.  The mud is pumped back into the horizontal directional drilling system for repeated circulation and reuse.
