Generally, the mud water is cooled after the Drilling Mud Cleaner. According to the working parameters of the treated sludge water, we can be equipped with cooling equipment with high cooling efficiency and small footprint - plate heat exchanger. The processing capacity can reach 300m³/h. The cooling range can be determined according to the requirements of the field conditions. Some operating parameters can reach 50-60℃.


The cold source is circulating water. The temperature of clean water increases after the plate heat exchanger. At this time, the thermal energy can be recovered according to the location of the equipment, and the hot water is used for heating, domestic water, etc. Make full use of the heat transfer capacity to recover the heat energy of mud water, and there is no energy waste. Also greatly reduces the customer's operating costs and other issues.

Project Case 1: The processing capacity is 300m³/h, the cooling range is 20℃, and the heat energy provided by mud water is 6 million kcal. If this heat is used for heating, the normal temperature water can be raised to 60℃ (here it needs to be combined with the highest temperature of mud water to determine) to meet the return water temperature of heating, to provide a certain amount of heat energy, and the heating return water treatment capacity can reach 135m³/h. This saves about 750 cubic meters of gas per hour.


Project Case 2: The processing capacity is 300m³/h, the cooling range is 20℃, and the heat energy provided by mud water is 6 million kcal. This heat can be used for heat pumps, steam boilers and other early water heating. The normal temperature water can be raised to 60 ° C (here it needs to be combined with the highest temperature of mud water to determine) to meet the heat supply of heat pump, steam boiler and other early electric heating water temperature. The water treatment capacity of heat pump and steam boiler can reach 135m³/h. This can save power per hour: 6966kw/h.


When these heat energy can be used again, not only to solve the problem of mud water cooling, but also to make full use of energy.
