       a、According to the site conditions, it is required to install the base on the flat foundation. Since the generator set 4BTA3.9-G13 is installed on the skid, the installation requirements should be carried out by referring to its instructions. After the skid base is in place, check whether the pipe manifold on the skid is properly connected, and check whether the wire and cable wiring is intact.

       b、 Switch on the power supply and observe whether the steering of the sand pump is correct.

       For maintenance, pay attention to the following:

      Periodically check the wear degree of each component of the device, and replace the severely worn parts according to the actual situation.

     Check the lubrication of the equipment regularly to ensure that the lubricating oil of each component is sufficient to maintain the good operation of the equipment.

     Periodically clean the heat sink and fan of the device to ensure proper heat dissipation and prevent device faults caused by overheating.

     Regular overall maintenance of the equipment, check the electrical system, hydraulic system and other components of the equipment to ensure the safe operation of the equipment.

    Through the above use and maintenance instructions, the normal operation of the sand pump skid installation equipment can be ensured, and the service life of the equipment can be extended.
