successfully completed the efficient maintenance of a LW350x1550 horizontal screw sedimentation discharge centrifuge. 

This equipment was produced by Shanghai Centrifugal Machinery Research Institute Co., LTD. Due to the long-term operation of the client, 

key components wore out, which affected the normal construction schedule.   

01 Fault Diagnosis and Repair Process: After receiving the customer's repair report, 

the technical team of Xi 'an KOSUN responded promptly and conducted a comprehensive inspection. 

They found that the bearings of the screw propeller of the centrifuge were severely worn, and at the same time,

 the balance of the rotor was deviated, resulting in increased vibration during equipment operation and decreased separation efficiency. 

In response to these problems, the engineer formulated a detailed maintenance plan.

Core component replacement: Imported high-standard parts are used to replace the bearings andsealing components of the screw propeller to ensure the stability of the equipment operation. 

2. Welding repair: Advanced welding techniques were adopted to complete the fracture repair of the screw propeller. 

After a 4-hour no-load test, the equipment's operating parameters fully met the standards. 

3. Dynamic balance correction: Through professional instruments, the dynamic balance of the drum is adjusted to keep the vibration value within the range of ISO standards. 

4. Detect and optimize the control system: Enhance the automation performance and energy consumption efficiency of the equipment.
