On May 22nd, on the occasion of the 9th Silk Road International Expo, Xi 'an Kosun Machinery Manufacturing Co., LTD., a key enterprise in Xi 'an Economic and Technological Development Zone, officially signed a strategic cooperation agreement with the Penza Region Development Group of Russia, marking an important step forward in the cooperation between Xi 'an City and Penza City in the low-altitude economy field. The mayor of Penza, Denisov Oleg, highly appraised the prospects of cooperation, pointing out that Kosun's profound accumulation in the field of high-end equipment manufacturing will effectively enhance the industrial intelligence level of Penza Oblast. Sergei Matukin, the general manager of Penza Development Group, interpreted the local investment promotion policies on the spot, highlighting the special support measures such as tax reduction and land use guarantee for Chinese-funded enterprises, and officially extended an investment visit invitation to Chinese entrepreneurs.

According to Wang Jiapeng, the general manager of Xi 'an Kosun Machinery, after 34 years of innovative development, Kosun has formed a full industrial chain capability covering R&D design and intelligent manufacturing. This agreement clearly states that both parties will, under the premise of anti-monopoly compliance, simultaneously promote joint investment projects in Xi 'an Economic and Technological Development Zone and Penza Prefecture, with a focus on cooperation directions such as the construction of low-altitude economic industrial parks and joint research and development of intelligent equipment.
